4. International Data Transfer

As part of Glider services, your personal data may be transferred to US-based service providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) for processing via AI models. This transfer is based on your explicit consent under KVKK Article 9.

5. Special Category Personal Data

Glider may transmit all data visible on your browser screen to AI models. This data may include bank details, health records, biometric data, or criminal conviction information, which are classified as 'special category personal data' under KVKK.

⚠️ If the User uses Glider on pages where such sensitive data is displayed, they are deemed to have given explicit consent for the processing of their special category personal data. The Company recommends that users avoid using automation on pages containing sensitive data (banking, health, government).

7. Automated Decision Making and Profiling

Glider automates your browser operations through an AI-powered automation engine. During this process, AI models analyze the data on your screen and automatically decide which steps to take.

Human-in-the-Loop: Users can see every step of the automation process in real-time, and can stop or cancel the automation at any point. No automated decision is made without the user's knowledge and control.

Under Article 11(g) of KVKK, you have the right to object if automated processing of your data produces a result against you.

8. Data Retention Periods

Your personal data is stored in accordance with the periods specified in the table below and is automatically destroyed at the end of the retention period.
