1. Collected Data

Account InformationName, surname, email address, billing information, and subscription details.
User ContentTexts, codes, files sent to the Service ("Input") and responses generated by the Service ("Output").

2. Use of Data

We process your data for the following purposes:

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
To provide user support and troubleshoot technical issues.
To comply with legal obligations and ensure security.
About Model Training: We do NOT use your User Content (Input/Output) to train our models by default.

3. Data Sharing and International Transfer

Your personal data is shared only with our service providers and public institutions where legally required.

International Data Transfer: As part of Glider services, your data may be transferred to the following US-based AI service providers during automation operations:

OpenAI (USA) — Text and image processing via GPT models
Anthropic (USA) — Text and image processing via Claude models
Google (USA) — Text and image processing via Gemini models

These transfers are based on your explicit consent under KVKK Article 9. By using the Service, you explicitly consent to the transfer of your data to the countries and organizations specified above. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time; however, this may result in partial or complete termination of service.

4. Sensitive Personal Data Warning

Glider may transmit data visible on your browser screen to AI models during automation. Bank details, health records, passwords, or other sensitive personal data may be visible on your browser during automation.

⚠️ Important Warning: If you use Glider on pages containing banking, health, government, or password information, transmission of this data to AI service providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) is unavoidable. Processing of such sensitive data is entirely the user's own responsibility.

Our Recommendation: We recommend avoiding automation on pages containing sensitive personal data (online banking, health portals, government services).

5. Session Security

Glider uses the user's own browser session on their local computer for automation operations. Session data (cookies, active sessions) is never transferred to or stored on Glider servers.

All automation operations are performed on the user's local device. Browser sessions run in isolated environments, and session data remains on the local device after the operation is completed.

Security Measures: End-to-end encryption in communications, isolated browser environment on local device, and session data never transferred to servers.

7. Automated Decision Making and Profiling

Glider automates your browser operations through an AI-powered automation engine. During this process, AI models analyze the data on your screen and automatically decide which steps to take.

Human-in-the-Loop: Users can see every step of the automation process in real-time, and can stop or cancel the automation at any point.

8. Data Retention Periods

Your personal data is stored in accordance with the periods specified in the table below and is automatically destroyed at the end of the retention period.
