Terms of Service

Effective Date: December 25, 2025

Welcome to the Glider AI platform ("Service") provided by Fikir Yazilim Teknoloji A.S. ("Company", "we"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service.

1. Service and Access

1.1. License Right: Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service.
1.2. Account Security: You are responsible for the security of your account and password.

2. Content and Ownership

2.1. User Inputs: Data provided by you to the Service remains your property.

2.2. Outputs: Ownership of Outputs generated by the Service based on your Inputs is transferred to you upon creation.

2.3. Similarity: Different users may receive similar Outputs.

3. Usage Restrictions

  • Model Training Prohibition: Using Outputs to develop another AI model competing with Glider.
  • Reverse engineering.
  • Generating illegal or harmful content.
  • Performing automated scans that compromise system security.

4. Fees and Payment

Payments are collected at the beginning of the billing period. No refunds are made except as required by law.

5. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Company does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

5.2. AI Agent Limitations: AI agents automate browser operations but may occasionally click wrong buttons, misinterpret data, or perform unexpected actions. The User acknowledges that all risk is assumed by the User when using AI agents for financial transactions, data deletion/modification, or other critical irreversible processes.

5.3. Damage Limitation: The Company's total liability arising from any cause shall be limited to the total subscription fees paid by the User during the 3 (three) month period preceding the date of the damage claim. The Company shall not be held liable under any circumstances for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of reputation.

The User should verify critical operations before initiating automation and back up important data.

6. Third-Party Platform Usage and Disclaimer

6.1. Glider may perform automation operations on third-party websites (LinkedIn, Google, Amazon, social media platforms, etc.) at the User's direction. Each of these platforms has its own Terms of Service and policies.

⚠️ 6.2. Account Risk Warning: Many third-party platforms restrict or prohibit the use of bots and automation tools in their terms of service. Use of Glider on these platforms may result in the User's account being restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated.

6.3. Transfer of Liability: When the User decides to use Glider on third-party platforms, the User is solely responsible for evaluating compliance with those platforms' terms of service. All liability arising from such use belongs exclusively to the User. The Company shall not be held liable in any way for sanctions imposed by third-party platforms on the User (account closure, access restriction, etc.).

6.4. The User acknowledges and declares that if they violate any third-party platform's terms of service by using Glider, all legal and financial responsibility rests solely with them.
